Why, not how

It's easy to find books explaining how agile development works, but most don't delve into why it works. We cover pretty broad ground, from brain theory to anecdotes about communication systems in Africa ... and eventually understand what roots should be protected and fostered to extend the benefits of Agile in our organizations.

We will also provide some insights based on our experiences with ThoughtWorks...
